“Tonight, J.D. Vance, the poster boy for Project 2025, took center stage. But it’s working families and the middle class who will suffer if he’s allowed to stay there.
“Backed by Silicon Valley and the billionaires who bought his vice presidential selection, Vance is Project 2025 in human form – an agenda that puts extremism and the ultra wealthy over our democracy.
“An agenda that cuts health care, bans abortion, slashes Social Security and Medicare, and is a rubber stamp for Donald Trump to become a dictator on ‘day one’ and ‘terminate’ our Constitution as he wishes.
“A Project 2025 economic agenda that will raise costs on American families, while giving billionaires and corporations tax cuts.
“A Project 2025 foreign policy agenda that turns its back on our allies, makes America less safe, and gives dictators a green light to, as Trump said, ‘do whatever the hell they want’ to our allies.
“J.D. Vance is unprepared, unqualified, and willing to do anything Donald Trump demands.”
